Vanessa works as international trainer, consultant and coach on board- leadership- and management level.

Her professional career started in cultural management. With a Magister of Art in German and Romance Studies as well as a Master of Performing Arts, she worked for more than a decade in Germany, France and Luxembourg as an actress, producer and manager of cultural formats.

With the establishment and the management of an own training institute with specialization on persons in the public space; she made her first step in the personnel and organizational development.

Vanessa works today as an independent trainer, consultant and coach. She is an expert in Emotional Intelligence in business and leadership; specialized in organizational and leadership development of personal and value-driven companies 500+. Her clients are market leaders in the construction-, engineering- and technology sectors. In addition, with her network partners, she works in cross-industry international companies training and coaching on leadership and management levels.

Vanessa works for the purpose of personal and professional success, valuable action and health (professional and mental) so that high performance is sustainable and compatible for people and companies..

Vanessa is German-French. She lived and worked in Germany, France, the Antilles, Portugal and the Netherlands. Vanessa trains, coaches, works and lives in German, English and French.
