Finding better solutions - faster

When people work or get together conflict is quite normal. And generally conflict feels uncomfortable, consumes time and reduces productivity. Also a conflict has the tendency to get worse if not solved. There are a variety of reasons why conflicts occur. Once we know the reasons we can also deal with the conflicts. This program investigates possibilities to reduce conflicts in the first place as well as showing a variety of ways of handling conflict situations when they arise.
