Magdalena is a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus is on Personal Development, Leadership, Growth and Change.
After completing her studies in Business Administration, Magdalena worked for six years for the German Consulting Company CPO Unternehmensberatung in Mainz. During that time she graduated with an additional qualification on the systemic approach to consultancy.

Since 2003 Magdalena is working as an independent consultant. Since 2014 CEO and partner of BC Pro GmbH, a consulting academy offering a qualification program for experts helping them to become professional consultants.

Magdalena’s passion is helping organizations to identify, develop and use the potential of their people, and in helping individuals to grow, develop and use their talent. Magdalena remains committed to business development through people development.

Additionally Magdalena has a particular interest in the development and facilitation of large group interventions and change management in multi-cultural contexts.

One of the most important features of her seminars/workshops is respect and appreciation for the participants. She is very well structured but always time ready to abandon her plan and follow the needs of the clients.

She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients drawn from many sectors including Retail, Financial Services, IT, Automotive and the Public sector on issues of leadership, learning, development and change.
Magdalena’s clients include: Commerzbank, Volkswagen, Daimler, Pfeifer & Langen, Airbus, TSG and Hochland.

Magdalena is qualified in the use of the assessment instruments of Management Research Group.

Magdalena is Polish and living with her husband and daughter in Germany.
