Ken Way


Ken is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and performance coach who started his working career undertaking research in the field of sports psychology, where he completed projects for the UK Government’s ‘Sports Council’, amongst others, before joining a successful sports company. He continued his interest in psychology by training in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP and closely-related fields from where he graduated to provide training and coaching in both the business and sports’ worlds.

Ken is a regular speaker to groups and conferences – including recently to head coaches at Harvard University.
Published a book: Mental Master: Tried and Tested techniques for exceptional sports performance (560 pages).
Trainer for Samaritans 1993-1998.
