Frank Busch
Frank Busch is a trainer, consultant and coach in leadership capabilities and organizational development.
He has a background in Economics and Business Administration and worked in the aviation industry before establishing his freelance business. His clients are primarily large global corporations and come from a diverse range of industries.
He worked as a Manager Learning Design for IKEA, designing and implementing global large scale competence development programmes. He was also responsible for co-ordinating the global strategic knowledge transfer.
Frank has written a number of books and numerous articles in the area of Learning & Development; his training designs have won international awards. Frank has lived and worked in Germany, The Netherlands and Australia and delivered training, consulting and coaching in multiple countries on six continents.
