Goal

A negotiation can only be successful if both parties are happy with the results. These results are essential in order to keep a profitable long term business relationship. The goal of this training is to practice skills and strategies that allow you to be tough in the negotiation concerning your interests and at the same time be fair to the people you are talking to. This allows you to maintain a good relationship especially in difficult situations.

Content

This training is based on the Harvard Concept, a globally applied method which has been proven to be successful. You will practice to negotiate in various situations and to use all instruments and strategies that make successful negotiations.

You will…

  • Learn and practice the principles of negotiating using the Harvard Concept
  • Use strategy and tactics as well as the psychology behind negotiations (influencing skills, dealing with differences in power, negotiation-Aikido)
  • Enhance your skill to quickly build good relationships
  • Be able to read body language of your partners in the negotiation
  • Find ways to address dirty tricks
  • Practice to prepare well before going into a negotiation
